    Hello everybody,
This is not what I normally do. I simply was curious about performance and convenience of Yakut knives and the best way to try was to make one myself... ))
So, blade is from Canadian maker Anton Salnikov. It's ball bearing steel. 105 mm long.
Handle - reindeer antler and birch root burl. Decoration - traditional Yakut pattern carved on antler using Sami carving technique.

As always, comments and critique is encouraged and much appreciated.

That is awesome Roman. That birch root is amazing. Great sheath work as well.
