Vacuum Chambers

A heads up for all knife makers looking to purchase a vacuum chamber for stabilizing wood.
There is a 4-6 week lead time on chambers and all are made and sent to customers on the purchase list only.

So if you plan on getting one for Christmas or before the fall now is a good time to place the order. I also have a Gift Certificate on the web site for up to $1000 if you have more than one person pitching in to buy a chamber for Christmas.

I can't believe I used the Christmas word this early in the year....no throwing stones allowed

 

Do you ever have pumps in stock or do have a line on where to find a good cheap one?

 

Robinair makes good pumps and it is best to go to the Turntex web site and read through the FAQ section they have tons of knowledge. FAQ

 

I have contacted Mastercool for their line of vacuum pumps and will see what the price range will be.

And I should have a spare 4x10 vacuum chamber in the next few weeks and will be adding an extra 6x12 vacuum chamber to my order at the end of the month.

 

The Mastercool line of vacuum pumps is used by automotive technicians for evacuating air-conditioning systems and should be available anywhere.

 

Just received emails that all the 4x10 chambers I ordered are in final testing phase. Two are spoken for and I will have one available for purchase.
