Through Tang Chef's Knife

    This is another KN58 Chef's knife only this time it's from 3/32" Nitro-V steel and the handle is scaled with a with black fiber spacer and stabilized spalted maple. Pins fore and aft are micarta with a 1/4" mosaic in the centre.

    Super nice that handle sure turned out nice . Nitro v steel is one great steel for kitchen knives also.

    Nice! I like how the spalted maple and black pins go together
    where do you get your micarta pins from?
