Id like to start by stating, I hate serrations in knifes IMHO. but either way I have a friend that I made a knife for that was asking if its too late to add some, my question is it too late after heat treatment to make them and if not best way of trying... I've got a dermal and a pneumatic pen grinder with end-mills. or hand file haha

never to late but on a hardened blade will take longer. I used a round diamond file to form a gut hook which is basically the same principle
