    Finished this up late yesterday so here is the first post of 2021.
    San Mai 52100 core with 416 SS sides, maple handle with stainless fittings.

    Wow, beautiful! I love how the handle has those striations following the curve making it look like it’s compressed on the bottom and stretched on the top.

    Very well done. I love the way the wood is shown off, framed in stainless. If I recall correctly you made one like this before with more red spalting in the wood.
