Hi Guys been away for a while, but if you look back at the past treads, last spring I was asked about making a custom Oyster shucking knife, well finally made it and the client never showed up . so stuck with something I will never use. lol so here it is Oak scales brass pins o1 steel and brass inlet Let me know what you think. Cheers.... about 2 weeks left in to the kitchen reno, then back in the shop!!!!
This is funny and good timing, earlier I was think Oysters must live in a bad neighborhood if they all need knives. The copper liner looks real good
