Here is my last project from 2014. Though I finished it last year, I only had time to take photos today.
I really believe that Osage orange is boring wood and it's beauty can only be seen in cross-grain section. I have a piece of Osage trunk which is too small in diameter to work for the handle, so I had to figure out something... Here is version 1. Version 2 will follow as soon as I finish the sheath...

Blade is hand forged by Nova Scotia bladesmith Randal Graham. It's modified 1086 steel with addition of vanadium. Blade size is 95x22x3.5 mm, total length of the knife is 205 mm.

I hope you like it. Criticism and comments are welcome and very much appreciated.

Very nice Roman! I love how you pieced the wedges together for the handle.

Another beautiful piece. I love what you did with the handle. Nothing boring going on there. The sheath is amazing too. Great job! Can't wait to see the version 2 knife.
