This is one of my favourite knives. I love how elegant and clean this build is! Little touches like the black micarta pins and how they virtually disappear to the eye making it look like the shadow of a through hole as well the single mosaic pin rather than multiple keep it looking cool yet not too busy. Everything else from the beautiful wood choice to the super clean grinds make this knife a winner in my eyes! While many like all the crazy Damascus steels (undeniably interesting) I gravitate more towards a little more subtly yet wonderfully crafted when saying something is a knife I would own and use personally! Job well done Dancom!
I'd like to nominate, if I can do this more than once, Fred's super elegant kogatana http://www.canadianknifemaker.ca/index.php?threads/pair-of-kogatanas.1463/ Dan
Quite possibly the most detailed handle I have ever seen. This is what happens when @Roman improvises. http://www.canadianknifemaker.ca/index.php?threads/my-last-knife-for-this-year.1495/ Please consider this for Best Knife 2015 Dan
@FORGE Insanely beautiful feather Damascus with stainless and ironwood. http://www.canadianknifemaker.ca/index.php?threads/another-feather-damascus.1406/ Dan
How about Brad's 5160 kukri with wrought iron fittings and cord? Etched to look 100 years old. Hard to believe it is a new knife. Now that's a knife! Please consider this a a nominee for Best Knife 2015 http://www.canadianknifemaker.ca/index.php?threads/big-old-chopper.1298/#post-10650 Dan
