Just came up with a new pattern here are a couple pictures.
I love it Cal, it reminds me of a firestorm pattern mixed with a ladder type style!!! Have you named it yet? And did you make enough for me...lol!!!
Looks like an army of Fire Demons!!!
I agree, I love it! Fire Demon Damacus!
Great looking pattern. If you made a knife with the edge towards to bottom of the picture it wold look like it was on fire.
That pattern is awesome Cal. Really love the fire look to it.
That's exactly what I was going to say too!
cool , not sure how I missed this thread , awesome Cal !
I love it. It really has a loveable evil look to it. I love the proposed name too.
God that's awesome I word love some. Name sounds like it would fit too.
That is one of the nicest patterns I have seen.
I know this is an older thread but I have to ask. Did you make a knife with that steel and can we see it please?
Here are a couple of pictures.
Nice ....forge.. did you do the scrimshaw yourself?
that is a nice piece of art work..
Awesome work @FORGE
Now THAT is how you do a Damascus knife! What is the handle material of that first knife? Looks warm and lovely!
No I don't have any artistic ability when it comes to drawing and scrimshaw.
A friend of mines wife does it.
The handle on the first 3 knives is Seacow bone which has bee extinct for some time.
Beautiful stuff... you most definitely did it justice!
