    Cool man! I've never seen a leather handle like that before!

    I like how "old" it looks. Very cool man.

    That's cool I have not seen leather used like that with bolsters

    thanks guys , ya me neither Brad !! my thinking is the grooves from the rasp will provide a good bond , so far so good , don't think I would try this with a smooth tang though

    I didnt put a makers mark on it yet , did think it would be suitable below the rasp line , what do you think ? put it on anyways ?

    That is cool and awesome! Below the rasp line may be the only legible option I think for your mark.

    The makers mark placement is kind of a crappy situation! How small is your mark? You could have used your milling machine to mill out a clean spot intront of the guard for your mark to go into? Other then that I guess the bevel it spine would be the only other spots.
