Hi everyone, recently I picked up a Grizzly G1015. Got everything set up and running but I can't seem to get the belt to run correctly with the bottom wheel. When I adjust tracking up top it sits about a half inch off the wheel when spinning. I went through trouble shooting ideas in the manual to no avail. Any ideas what I might be doing wrong?

    Thanks

PS, the same thing happens with any belt I use. When the bottom wheel is aligned using tracking the top one is rubbing on the housing which can't be right either... Please help

Almost sounds like the vertical post is bent. (?) Are the top and bottom wheels close in in line when you put a straightedge on them? Is the belt tension correct?

Thanks Dan. I had some time to work on it tonight. It's alignment was off by one degree. It twisted the top head and it's seems to be running straight.

    Thanks again

Awesome to hear. That's a nice machine. I wouldn't mind having one myself!

    Good luck to you.
