I finished my first knife about a week ago but for some reason I couldn't access the forum.
It is more of a decorative piece for my daughters birthday, she is realy into dregons. I forged it from a railroad spike. When I almost had the horns drown out to length I went and over heated a touch and broke one off so I had to weld some round stock to it. It is meant to look rough and marked up to give the dreagon forged from fire feel. My heat treat worked great it is hard and sharp enough to shave with little efort.

I am hoping I did the posting of the pic right.

The forum was down from a server problem, the knife looks nice and this is your link inside image tags.

I like this! It's a great combination of functional blade with the sort of neo-paganistic artistry that wouldn't look out of place either hanging on a wall or on a cutting board. And, well, dragons -- yea!

that is too cool for school. I mean, i wouldn't want to carry it around in the bush or at the campsite but I'd use this in my kitchen for sure.

    Love it!
