My First Bowie

    I finished this one up a while back and now I am finally getting caught up with life....kind of. LOL
    This is my first bowie but not my last. The blade is O-1 with 416 gaurd and brass spacer. The handle is stabilized walnut.

    That looks awesome! I love the SS and brass together. Is it through tang with a nut or something at the back end?

    Thanks Dan. Yes it is a thru tang. I made a nut and when it was screwed and glued I Plugged it with a piece of the handle material.

    That's a beauty. Good job on plugging the thru-bolt hole rather than doing a threaded pommel.
