    This knife I made with a wonderful laminated blade made by my friend Alessio Salsi. I really like the look of this steel and i think it looks better than any Damascus...

    So, blade core is high-carbon "white steel" and sides are non-hardenable soft steel, 11 layers on each side.
    Handle and sheath - reindeer antler and Karelian birch.
    Sami style carving.

    I agree with you 100%! Laminated steel is much classier to my humble eye as well.

    That is another beauty right there!!!
