    Little kogatana with a rest of W2...

    W2 steel, selective quench.
    Stabilized leather and wiring wrapping.
    127mm for 58mm edge.

    That's cool man! Do you grind your bevel before or after heat treating when your only grinding one side?

    Thanks ! I always grind before HT and let 0,6mm/0,8mm on the edge. On a short blade like this I'm not really afraid of deformations. Never tried a 6'' chisel but if I do I will surely let more stuff on the edge before HT... ;)

    Thank you :)
    The handle is stabilized with 3 layers of fiberglass resin. I wipe the exceeding resin between each layer so it don't look like plastic covering.
