Many of you may have noticed that while we normally get regular orders out in a day or two, we have been more like 3 or 4 lately. The unbelievable response to the KMG has been part of it, but our customers finally have the public recognizing the value of custom knives and your success is our success as well. BUT.... HEADS UP! This news is great for us but requires some planning on your part. Marilyn is getting a knee replacement in mid May. We've been waiting a long time for this, but you all know how critical she is to our business. There are going to be at least a couple weeks where things are real slow. I (Rob) can keep it moving, but I don't pretend to have Marilyn's flair. Please be patient with us through this event and as much as possible, plan "mission critical" needs around it.
