John, is the angle adjustment on this unit pretty precise. I used a roller clamp (bought years ago) for sharpening broadheads which seemed to work well and have a similar DMT jig with diamond stones that did not have too varied an angle adjustment.
KME has a dedicated broad head sharpening system. Roller on bottom is moved to get the angle you need, I would make a mark on the body if you change angles often. https://canadian-artisan.com/kme-broadhead-sharpening-kit-basic/

I always use a sharpie on a knife edge to double check the first couple of light strokes. This way I know if the angle has to be adjusted one way or the other for each knife I sharpen. The scale will get you close but I never trust them to be exact unless I am starting a new knife or making changes.
