    Hey everyone,
I just finished up a kitchen utility knife repair. I ruined the scales on a factory knife, and wanted to replace them.

The new scales are 1/8" Red and Black G10, with brass and stainless loveless bolts.

I really like how the think handle feels in my hand. I'm looking forward to making supper tonight!

Please feel free to offer feedback, I'm always trying to improve.

    Thanks,
    Matt

Looking good Matt! I can almost smell that Before photo. It's now one of a kind!

That's exactly how I got into knife making, replacing scales on a kitchen knife. Great job!

    Thanks everyone,
Part of what made me work so hard on fit and finish for this was knowing I was going to post it on here.

I certainly feel like I have improved and that this was my best work yet, despite it being a repair instead of a from scratch project like my others.

Thanks again for the support and encouragement
    Matt
