Japanese type chef knife

    A Japanese type chef knife which I made for my... dentist :) Made from Elmax steel, 32 cm long and 3,7 mm thick. Hardness 58,5 HRC. The woden base is from Brasilian linden, painted brown-red. The handle is from hard pine wood. Its edge is extremely sharp.
