Hello, everyone! My name is Erik Tolley, I live in Alberta, and I've been making knives since 1997. Unfortunately, I took about 5 years off from the hobby due to lack of a decent workspace, but that has recently been fixed (I now have a garage!). I'm into grinding so far, but I plan to build a better forge this winter (instaed of the pile of firebrick in my dad's back yard) to try my hand at actual forging and possibly some pattern welding. I look forward to learning as much as I can from everyone here. Erik.
