   We don't host pictures directly on the site. You need to post your images to either an image sharing site like imgur or on your own webspace (if you have it). Then, using the Insert Image here, you paste in the reference url and the picture shows up on the site. It keeps you in control of your images and saves us some bandwidth costs.
