Hollow Ground Damascus Hunter

    Just finished this one.
    A fellow wanted me to make him a custom Damascus knife. Something a little different from my normal style of knife.

    That looks like a really nice cutter. I've always preferred flat, but I have to say the hollow grind suits this one.

    Can we get a few more specs on it? (size, handle material, etc.)

    8 1/4 inches OAL
    handle is Tiger Maple

    Sorta reminds me of a Grohmann belt knife. Well done Cal, but a definite departure from your style. But then that's what "custom" is all about, right? I don't think we even realize how strong a style we develop until we deviate away from it.
