Hey there. I just joined the forum! Ive been blade smithing and knife making ( folders) for about 3 years now. I am completely self taught, or you could say Ive attended the school of Youtube. Ive learned lots from the trial and error method and Im not sure why it took me so long to join a forum to start asking questions when needed. I'm living in Thunder Bay Ont, and looking forward to seeking help and giving help where I can

Welcome Shawn. I am also a graduate of Youtube U. Well, i don't know if i passed or not but I'm making what i call knives now. They cut and chop so, that's a pass I guess. You picked a great forum. You'll learn lots here and these guys are really patient and tolerant of bothersome newbs (i can personally attest to that)
