My name is Ryan,I live in the GTA and have been slowly getting into knife making for the last year and a bit. I have a few knives nearing completion and as always more on the bench. I'd like to link up with some other makers here in southern Ontario and get some actual time learning from people who know what they are doing. It would help with that somewhat steep learning curve. Hopefully I'll be able to throw some images up of things I've been working on. Looking forward to seeing what everyone is making and of course learning from everyone's thoughts here on the forum.

Hi, I am in the same area but can't say I am any further then you, i've made a couple knives as well but need more practice. =]
Welcome to the forums, Ryan. It may not be "hands on", but there's lots of help to be had here. Definitely post some pictures of your work so far, along with any questions or concerns you have and we'll do our best to provide answers and suggestions.
Once I get some images uploaded ill try and post what I'm working on right now and some pics of my shop setup
