W2 steel, african black wood scales.
17 cm overall for a 7 cm cutting edge.
Thanx for watching !
Very cool and different. I like it!
That's awesome love the profile.
Another great piece, Fred. The look reminds me of a cat's claw.
Love the shape of this one. Worthy of The Dark Knight's utility belt.
aggressive looking really like it
Like the shape. Don't know about the domed pins. At first glance it looks like they are unfinished pins until I realized they are domed How are you finding them?
Thank you all, happy that you like it.
Tony : I decide to not grind the pins to the scales on this one, personnal choice because I like the look and the feel in hand with this kind of pins on some of my knives. Don't know how to say it in english but in french it is called '' rivets molletonnés ''...
I find this better choice with unstabilised woods because they don't become scratchy as the wood retract.
Sorry for my english, I still have some work to do to express myself clearly
Very nice work Fred. I agree... The look and feel of a peened pin on certain knives really adds to it.
Thank you Foster !
