I have two of the four blocked out to octagons but I am going to be rounding them out. I didn't bring my phone today so I post pics later. One of them is getting close to sized and the other is still the way it is in the pic.

The top two are stabilized koa with stainless, black g10 and antler. The bottom are stabilized spalted maple, brass, g10 and antler.

Nice! You're making some kitchen knives I take it. The stabilized wood is great to work with. The end product should polish up very well. I have a few Koa blocks from Woodstabilizer too, the chatoyance is very cool.

Yes Sir that is what I am up to. I am making paring sized knives for some Christmas gifts. Should have one or two done by the weekend to put up some pics.

You're going to love seeing that gloopy mess of beasts turn into beauties.

I have two of them shaped out already. Tried for octagonal and didn't get it right so I am going to round them.

You are right. It is awesome to see the transformation.
