    Beauties Joe. Love the fillet knife in particular. That's an elegant beast! Can I call it a filleting sword? LOL

    Q on the recovery knife. Did you choose N690 for corrosion resistance? I have calcium chloride in my tractor tires and it's quite corrosive. Rusting steel rims etc.

    Dan, I was actually looking for N680 which has superior corrosion properties but doesn't harden up as well. Always a trade off. The N690 was close and all I could get my hands on.

    BTW Joe, the way you did the SS and black spacer material on the filleting knife...very cool.
