Feathering Disc Adhesive

Hi all,

just wondering if you could all chime in on this stuff. Amazon and affiliates want horrendous money for this currently...if any of you use it, and have purchased it elsewhere, can you let me know your supply chain. I don’t necessarily need the 3M 08051, any brand would do.

I picked up a couple of tubes of 3M from Acklands in in Winnipeg a couple of years ago. Looks like their website is down right now so I can't check but I'm sure i didn't pay anything near that Amazon price. Good luck

I once heard Acklands was ripping people of for about $40.00 a tube and you had to buy a whole case of 12 tubes
Norton was making an excellent disk adhesive but I have not been able to get it for a number of years.

 

Can't speak to that. My experience was that I purchased two tubes for less than $60 if i remember correctly. Few years ago though and I struggle remembering yesterday. I do remember a very helpful staff though.

 

I got my last tube from NAPA. In stock. Twenty something bucks.

 

I was able to buy the 3M brand from Greggs Distributors.
