Captain's Kith Build

Just got my steel last week for this build, but wasn't sure what to make. So I'm building 2 knives that have very different designs and I'll pick the best one to send off.

The top knife is a design I say on Google images that I liked. The second I copied from one of my wife's knives.

Need to hand sand the blades clean and heat treat, these will be my 6th and 7th attempt at doing my own heat treating so I'm hoping everything goes will.

I'm planning to use some Cherry Wood for the handle with blue or green spacers. Again not sure what I'm going to do, what ever feels/looks good at the time is what I do.

Got my knives dry fitted and going to glue the up tonight. I didn't have enough blue spacer so I used some gray.
