Does anyone know where I can get 800-6000 grit sand paper in bulk, perferably in Canada. Looking to buy 50-100 pcs of each grit from 800-6000 if possible. Thanks.
@dancom @Jason I’m not sure if 3M still allows people to become a minimum purchaser. I’m not even sure if Norton (Saint-Gobain) still does it either. The laters minimum purchase use to be $1000. Automotive jobbers all carry 9 x 11 packs of 50-100, depending on the product line, and the price fluctuates heavily by jobber. But for the quantity a collision refinish jobber is the best bet. They will typically carry 80G - 2000G...the only thing you’ll get higher is 3000 and 5000 in the 6” Velcro discs. Our very own @John Noon is carrying Indasa Rhynowet which I will be purchasing next.
@Griff @dancom thanks guys. I didnt realize John was selling sand paper. Ill give him a message and see what he can get. Cheers.
I have from 120-2500 grit in Ryhnowet and can get 120-3000 grit in house sandpaper wet&dry silicon carbide Canadian-Artisan
Maritime Knife Supply carries Klingspor (120-1200 grit) and Rhynowet (120-2000 Grit) will be in stock by the end of the month. Can get Norton Black Ice as well (max 2500 Grit). Maritimeknifesupply.ca
On the other end of the country https://onlinesupply.ca/ out of Sooke B.C. carries wet in 60-2000 grit. I have ordered belts from him in the past and the service was great. He used to be on here when I was on before but that was a long time ago. Like @Griff said you can get it at Auto Parts stores and auto paint supply places. We sell it out of my store. Retail is between $75 and $125 per 50 box to give you an idea what you might pay.
