Another Little Guy...

Finished this up this weekend. 1084, Matte finish, Ash and Padauk with black spacer scales.

 

Nice, really like the colours

 

Very cool. Nice contrast in materials. The seams line up well too. Did you sandblast the blade? The finish looks very uniform.

Thanks Dan, ya I got a little sandblast cabinet last week and wanted to see how it worked on a blade. Did a 30/60 crushed glass on it and the finish is actually really smooth. Was surprised. Not sure how it will hold up but I figured id test it out.

 

Looks good. Great fit and finish. For a second I thought my phone was squashing the picture making the blade look so short and wide lol

Just used left over material from the bar stock i had. No pattern or anything. Just winged it
