Hey Folks,
I am embarrassed to say that I have not come across this forum, until now. You can blame Brad L. for not telling me about it ... okay... well, at least I can blame him ... or maybe he did try to tell me and I was concentrating on his luxurious moustache at the time. Anyway, I'm here now and look forward to participating on the boards. See you around!

Oh... and I am currently working on my new shop. Look out for a hammer-in!

Thank you, Jim. I use raw hemp cordage. Dyed and soaked in marine grade epoxy.

Welcome Rick, I was wondering if you were on here, I've been on your site a few times admiring your work. I'm just outside Lunenburg in Stonehurst.

 

Cool. Hey, do you know anything about that fabrication shop in Blue Rocks? You must pass it, being out that way. We should get together. Do you know Mike Power? He's the Daggers Cove tattoo artist in Lunenburg. He also makes knives.

 

Yeah that shop does a lot of aluminum and stainless work for boats, got a piece from them a few weeks back.
I do know Mike, I was in and got some ink from him last summer.
Anytime you want to get together would be great, would enjoy seeing the shop and learn about your process.
