    I've always been a santoku fan. What steel are you forging with?

    I used an O2 rod for this one and 440C for the other Santoku I posted. Fortunately, I had access to an air hammer, but not at my shop. The 440C was very hard to move, I wouldn't dare doing it all again by hand.

    I grinded this one flat most of the way and finished with a double bevel so its light and resilient for the the kitchen.
