    Playing with a 6" honesuki western with white G10 scales, black fibre spacer liners, burgundy G10 pins with a brass and copper mosaic pin in center position. Learning how to keep things extra clean.

    Usually not a big fan of G10 but that white stuff is really nice! Really like the blade shape too, the angle of the handle should give nice knuckle clearance.

    How did I miss this earlier, that is a very nice looking kitchen cutter Dan!

    Totally digging the red G10 pins against the white scales...beauty:beer:

    Beautiful knife! nice clean lines! Do you use a disc sander to get everything flat from one end to the other? Or do you use something else?
