A Couple Of San Mai Chef Knives

    52100 core 420 SS sides G10 Handle
    This was the worst combination of steel I have ever ground, really tough on belts and disks.
    However the end product turned out okay. Super thin cutting edge about .015 thick.

    Those are fantastic. I really like the look of San-Mai, and I’ll go as far as to say I actually preferring the look to Damascus.
