A Couple Of Big Butcher Knives

    I forged these from a couple of roller bearings.
    Acid dip with mustard patina, Micarta handles, 15 inch OAL.

    Those are amazing (as usual). Some lucky meat cutter is going to be happy in his work.

    They are nice . Reminds me of the old ones we use to remove the fat from seal skins. I like the finished look will have to try that sometime.

    That is exactly what the fellow gave me to use as a pattern. Except I did the flat grind on one side like my kitchen knives.
