Just finished this 5 inch long blade kitchen carver. Steel 1080 / 15N20 forged Maple handle / ivory Micarta The blade is only ground on one side.

Saw this knife in person last weekend and let me tell you, the pictures do not do it justice, it is stunning. The single sided grind is also very nice and the cutting performance was very very impressive.
