    Hi Thomas,

That is one impressive press ;) I'm just finishing up building a bench top 20-ton air over hydraulic press based loosely on Dan Comeau's design. I still have to mount some springs to help with the jack return rate and finish off a few sets of dies. I designed this press so it can be disassembled as I have very limited working space. The load is contained in the picture frame, with 4 top and 4 bottom 3/4 inch grade 8 bolts. It was fun to build and if I had more space I would build something bigger.

there is a link to some images.

looks just like a Coal Iron Works press! I like that design. Where did you source all your hydraulic components? I would like to build a press but am a little overwhelmed when it comes to figuring out what and where to get all the hydraulic parts.
