    amazing. I'm not at the point of trying this yet but, are the serrations filed in? Do you use a jig to make sure everything is uniform? Really nice.

    I thought about a jig or something but figured I could get away with something simpler.
    I do this on my oscillating drum sander with a 1/4" drum and a magnetic level attached to the blade to keep the same angle. I Mark out the distance where the cut will begin and move without changing my hand position much. Not exactly precise, but works pretty well.

    Nicely done Joe. I was curious about the serrations too. Keep it simple.
